Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your order number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Bahrain Flowers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Bahrain Flowers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.[/vc_column_text][split_line_heading]
Refund and Return Policy[/split_line_heading][vc_column_text]Your satisfaction is guaranteed here. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure your delivery perfectly. In dealing with highly perishable products, if in case anything goes wrong, you bring up a concern or complaint, we will always listen and resolve the issue as quick as possible. Our customer service staffs are trained to respond to concerns and can decide on an appropriate course of action for you on the spot.
• If the order is canceled by the customer 5 days before the delivery date, customer will get full refund, only after deducting a service charge of US$15 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is larger.
• If the order is canceled by the customer 3 days before the delivery date, customer will get refund of 50% of the total amount.
• If the order is canceled by the customer less than 3 days before the delivery date, no refund will be made.
Return & Replace:
If customer not satisfied with item for a valid reason, item may be replaced if recipient can send back the item as delivered within 3 working days, but cannot be refunded.
We will surely replace the item if you can inform us within 24 hours upon delivery of your items if :
• Faulty items.
• Items damaged in transit.
